Integrating FlexPoint with SuperOps

Learn how you can easily integrate FlexPoint with SuperOps

Updated over a week ago

FlexPoint is an accounts receivable and payments automation platform purpose-built for MSPs. Through integrated workflows, including a robust integration with SuperOps, FlexPoint eliminates manual and offline processes by automating the full billing cycle.

Currently, customers can integrate with Flexpoint as a payment gateway to enable timely payments on invoices for your clients.

Enhance your workflow by integrating FlexPoint with SuperOps. Follow these steps to easily integrate both the platforms for a smoother billing process.

  1. Navigate to Settings > API token

2. Click on the Generate Token button as shown below

3. After the token is generated, copy it.

4. Now, log in to your FlexPoint account and navigate to Settings > Integrations

5. Find SuperOps under available integrations and click Connect.

6. In the Token field, paste the API token you generated earlier and enter your SuperOps subdomain in the CustomerSubDomain field.

7. Once you are done, click Connect. That's it! You're all set.

Invoice Management with FlexPoint:

Once your accounts are connected, FlexPoint allows for streamlined invoice management:

  • Invoices generated in SuperOps can be processed using FlexPoint as a payment gateway. After payment, the status of the invoice will automatically update in SuperOps.

  • SuperOps invoices will be fetched into FlexPoint, enabling you to manage all invoicing workflows within FlexPoint. Once the invoice is paid, it will reflect back in SuperOps.

However, if you have integrated with QuickBooks (QB) Online or Xero, FlexPoint will sync invoices from QB/Xero rather than SuperOps. This approach is preferred because FlexPoint reconciles payments with QB/Xero and marks invoices as paid there, which will reflect back in SuperOps.

Additionally, in FlexPoint, you can set up automations on payment methods, dunning, etc., using client information from SuperOps, allowing for a more automated invoicing process.
