Add Technicians

You can add, remove and manage technicians from the Technicians page. Navigate to Settings -> My MSP -> Technicians to access this page.

You can choose to either import technicians through a CSV file OR add them manually

Importing technicians through a CSV file

  1. Click on the "Import" button on the top right

  2. Upload the CSV file with technician information to trigger the import

  3. Refer the sample CSV file for the format

Adding technicians manually

  1. Click on "Create" button on the top right

  2. Enter all the required information in the fields

  3. Choose reporting manager, role and technician group for the technician. These configuration also determine technician access to which information they can view and what actions they can perform.
