To access the timesheets,
Navigate to Modules > Timesheets.
Under the "All timesheets" tab in the "All timers" section, you’ll see a list of running and paused/stopped timers for your technicians.
💡SuperTip: Viewing running timers of technicians helps you know where your technicians’ times are going in real-time, so you can check in, help, or reassign tasks and improve operational efficiency on the spot.
3. By clicking on a technician's name, you’ll be able to see a detailed list of the timers they have been working on.
4. You can also customize your timesheet by selecting a specific week using the button in the top-right corner.
Worklog Views for Managers
As an MSP admin, it is crucial to track your technicians' worklogs, including billable hours, non-billable hours, after-hours work, and pending approvals, so you know they’re contributing positively to the MSP and are compensated fairly for the work they do.
To access this information:
Switch from the timer tab to worklog views.
Here, you can group the worklog list by client, technician, or technician group.
3. Worklogs are organized by days within the selected week, displaying hours worked on each day by individual technicians.
4. Hover over a worklog to view details such as billable and non-billable hours, along with marked after-hours.
5. MSPs can see clients ranked by their time consumption (most to least) in the client view.
6. Clicking on a technician allows you to view and edit their timers and worklogs exclusively.
7. To edit worklogs in the calendar view, click on "View Calendar" for convenient management of your worklogs.
