Setting up holiday management

Create and manage your list of holidays here. You can create unique holiday lists for your MSP and your clients.


📝Note:

Keep in mind that SLAs don’t apply during holidays.


To create your holiday list:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My MSP > Holiday Management > Create icon.

2. Enter the holiday title/description and choose the calendar year as shown below:

3. Enter the day, month, and name of the holiday.

4. Click ‘Add’.


📝Note:

It helps if you can follow a standard nomenclature for naming your holiday lists. For example: “Stark Industries-Austin


5. Click ‘Clone Year’ and choose the year to duplicate holidays for other clients (or subsequent years).

You will now have the same holiday list created for the following year.
