By leveraging AI-powered Recommended Solutions and Similar Tickets, Monica helps you find the best resolutions in record time—so you can reduce effort, eliminate repetitive work, and improve response times.
To enable AI-driven recommendations in your ticketing module:
Go to Settings > My MSP > MonicaAI
Toggle on Recommended Solutions and Similar Tickets
Recommended Solutions:
MonicaAI analyzes past tickets and intelligently suggests solutions—either from your historical ticket data or relevant web resources.
Open a ticket, click the MonicaAI icon at the bottom of the page and select Recommended Solutions.
2. You’ll see a list of recommended solutions from past tickets.
3. You can either apply the recommended solution to update the ticket or send the solution as a response to the requester.
4. Click the Source button to verify where the solution was pulled from.
5. For additional solutions, scroll to the end and click Web Results to see external sources.
Similar Tickets:
MonicaAI finds similar tickets to help you determine whether an issue is recurring, reducing redundancy in troubleshooting and allowing you to identify patterns early.
Select Similar Tickets to see a list of related cases.
2. Click on any ticket to see how the issue was resolved previously, allowing you to implement a proven fix rather than starting from scratch.
