AI Worklog Formatting:
As a technician, creating detailed worklogs is no longer a manual task. SuperOps' Monica automatically formats worklog notes directly from your ticket replies, eliminating the need for extra typing.
By using AI, the system ensures your notes are structured in a professional format, making it easier for others to review and understand the work you’ve done.
How It Works:
Open a ticket reply and highlight the text you want to add as a worklog.
2. Click on the Worklog Icon, and Monica AI will automatically generate well-structured notes from your reply.
3. These notes include key details such as tasks performed, time spent, and any outcomes or next steps.
4. Before finalizing the notes, you can review and make any necessary edits to ensure accuracy.
5. If you prefer to revert to your original reply instead of using the AI-generated notes, simply click the reset button.
📝Note: Since worklog notes don’t support rich text, only plain text from replies will be transferred into the worklog.
AI Worklog Summarization:
For MSP admins, reviewing a long list of logged tasks can be time-consuming. SuperOps simplifies this with its AI worklog summarization feature. This allows admins to quickly see a concise overview of all work completed on a ticket, saving time while ensuring nothing is overlooked.
How It Works:
On the ticket page, under the worklog section, you’ll see a list of all the logged work.
Click the "Summarize Worklog" button, and an AI-powered summary will be generated.
3. This summary highlights key activities, time allocations, and any important outcomes, making it easy to review the ticket at a glance.
4. Alternatively, you can use the Monica Widget at the bottom of the screen to get the worklog summary.
