AI-powered Efficiency Report Summarization

As an MSP owner, you may need to analyze ticket efficiency across different clients to identify and address underperforming categories that may be slowing down your team's productivity.

By summarizing efficiency reports, you can gain quick insights into problematic areas and make data-driven decisions to optimize your services.

To do that,

  1. Navigate to Modules > Reports > Client Efficiency Reports

  2. Scroll down to the Client-wise efficiency section and choose the specific client you wish to analyze from the drop-down list.

3. Once you've selected a client, you'll see a list of ticket categories under that client.

4. Next to each category, there will be a โ€œSummarizeโ€ option.

5. Click on the "Summarize" button to view a comprehensive summary of all tickets under that category.

6. You can also open an individual ticket category and find a "Summarize" option there as well.

7. By clicking on this, you'll receive an AI-generated summary of all the tickets within that category, powered by Monica AI.

This provides a clear overview of efficiency and highlights any areas where performance is lagging. Compare the summarized data for different categories to identify those with low efficiency.
