SuperOps now offers a powerful new feature—the AI Prompt Builder. This feature allows you to adjust the tone and style of your replies according to your preferences, ensuring more personalized and effective communication.
Enabling the AI Prompt Builder:
To get started with the AI Prompt Builder, you'll need to enable it in the Settings. Here's how:
Navigate to Settings > Monica AI.
Toggle the switch to enable or disable the Prompt Builder.
💡SuperTip: You can also access the SuperOps Community platform from this page to share and discuss best practices for creating AI prompts.
As an MSP, your technicians often need to provide standardized responses to clients while addressing specific technical issues. The AI Prompt Builder helps admins to create pre-defined prompts that technicians use, ensuring uniformity in replies across the team and help them focus more on resolving the issue than crafting the perfect response.
Building Custom Prompts:
MSP admins can create up to 5 personalized AI prompts. Unlike generic AI tools, SuperOps provides AI recommendations based on MSP data, ensuring replies are relevant to the specific service context. Here's how you can build your custom prompts:
Click on the +Prompt button.
Provide a name and description for your prompt.
3. Define a Persona (e.g., MSP support technician) and the Context of the situation.
4. Outline the Task to be performed and provide an Example.
5. Set the Format and Tone for the prompt (e.g., professional, supportive, concise).
