If end users are unaware of the purpose of the SuperOps agent, they might uninstall it from their workstations, thinking it's unnecessary or intrusive. With the MSP unaware that the agent is no longer active, the asset is left unprotected and open to vulnerabilities.

With Agent Uninstall Protection, you can prevent or restrict agent uninstallation and ensure your client's assets remain safe and secure.

๐Ÿ“ Note: Agent Protection is currently an on-request feature. If you would like to use this feature, please reach out to us.

To enable agent protection, go to Settings > Security Management > Agent Protection and select Prevent Uninstall.

Once set up, users will see an error message if they try to uninstall the agent, which will say โ€œThe SuperOps agent cannot be uninstalled. Contact your MSP admin for help.โ€

For Windows devices, once you have set up Agent Protection, please uninstall the SuperOps agent from your devices and reinstall the agent for the new changes to reflect.
