How to integrate Huntress with SuperOps

With these quick, simple steps learn how to integrate Huntress with SuperOps

Updated yesterday

Protecting client networks is one of the most critical duties of an MSP. But manually deploying antivirus software across all endpoints can be time-consuming and overwhelming—especially in today’s hybrid work environment.

What MSPs need is a powerful antivirus solution paired with a reliable RMM to handle deployment seamlessly. That’s where the SuperOps and Huntress integration comes in.

The integration of Huntress will provide a unified experience and streamline the process, reducing the need to switch between different tools and improving overall control in endpoint management.

What is Huntress?

Huntress is a leading brand that offers a managed cybersecurity platform to protect your business from determined cybercriminals. Their suite of managed endpoint detection and response (EDR) capabilities is backed by a team of 24/7 threat hunters.

With Huntress, you can eliminate attackers hiding in plain sight, enable early detection of ransomware incidents, strengthen frontline protection with managed antivirus, highlight external vulnerabilities, and evict hackers faster with near real-time endpoint detection and response.

How you can set it up

  • Click the settings icon on the pane to the left. On the settings page, scroll down to the bottom, and select marketplace.

  • On the marketplace page, you’ll find a list of available tools that you can integrate within SuperOps. You’ll find Huntress under the cybersecurity section. Click Integrate to start the configuration process.

  • Before you get started, please make sure you have an active, paid Huntress subscription.

  • Enter the API Key details and click on Connect

Mapping clients between Huntress and SuperOps

  • Once your Huntress account is successfully connected, you will need to map your clients in SuperOps to their respective tenants in Huntress. Here’s how:

  • If there are no clients in Huntress yet, create a new client using the client name that already exists in SuperOps. To do this, simply click on the New Client box to the left of the client, and your client from SuperOps will be added to Huntress.

  • If the client already exists in Huntress, select it from the drop-down menu under the Huntress column against the client you want to map it to in SuperOps.

  • Once you have completed matching your clients, click on Import to begin your importing process. We will actively show the progress of this import process in the form of a status report. From the status report, you can see the number of clients created, imported, ignored, and errors.

After you've successfully mapped and imported all your clients, enable Huntress at the policy level to deploy the Hutress antivirus agent for your assets.
