As we continue to add features to SuperOps, we wanted to ensure there is no compromise on the user-friendliness of our product, and to ensure it remains easy for a user to navigate through our various modules.

That’s exactly why we built Explore SuperOps.ai. With Explore SuperOps.ai, you can significantly reduce clicks, quickly discover features, and set up handy keyboard shortcuts. Let’s see how you can make the best of this option in this article.

You can access the option by clicking on the Explore SuperOps.ai option on the left navigation bar. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Command ⌘ + / or Ctrl + / to open and the Esc key to close Explore SuperOps.ai.

Discovering Features

If there’s a particular feature or module in SuperOps that you want to learn about, you can do so using the search bar.

For example, if you want to see what technician settings are available, simply start typing “technician” in the search bar and you will see a list of matching navigation actions, settings, and solution articles.

In the Help Center section, clicking on any article will open it right within SuperOps in a minimized view instead of opening in a new browser tab.

Creating Shortcuts

For frequently used features, modules and solution articles, you can create custom keyboard shortcuts. For example, if you create tickets regularly or if there’s a solution article you constantly revisit, having a nifty keyboard shortcut for it will save you a fair bit of time.

To create a shortcut:

  • Open Explore SuperOps.ai and hover over the right edge of any action in the list.

  • Click on the Add shortcut option and hit the key combination of your preference.

  • You can remove and reset shortcuts with the Remove shortcut and Reset shortcut options.

Once you have entered your shortcut, you can save the shortcut using the red button on the right (it will show up right after you hit a key). The shortcut will also get auto-saved after 1 sec of inactivity.

If you want to edit a shortcut, hover over the right edge and click Edit. Enter your new key combination and save once done.

If you have created a shortcut for a solution article, it will show up in the below fashion. Hold this window on the top left corner to move it around the screen.

We would love to know what you think of Explore SuperOps.ai. Please feel free to drop in your thoughts and feedback using the Give feedback button at the bottom right.
