Associating unknown tickets with clients
Associating unknown tickets with clients

Associate unknown tickets with existing clients or new clients directly from the Unknown Tickets page.

  1. Navigate to Modules > Tickets > Unknown tickets

  2. You’ll see the "Associate Ticket" icon next to each ticket, as shown below.

3. Click the button highlighted above to associate the ticket with an existing or new client.

4. In the pop-up window, you can select a client, site, and requester from the provided drop-down list.

5. You can also create a new client and associate the ticket directly from this page by clicking on the Create client & associate button, as shown below.


📝Note: You can associate unknown tickets even without specifying requesters.
