1. Navigate to Settings &gt; Security Management &gt; IP Restrictions

2. Toggle ‘ON’ to enable IP restrictions. and specify IP Ranges for technician logins.

Note: IP Restriction applies only for technicians and cannot be enabled for requesters.

Enable IP restrictions in SuperOps to restrict technician logins to approved IP ranges, strengthen access control and enhance platform security.
