The Stock Catalog contains the products you want to track as physical inventory in SuperOps.
You can import existing products from your Products and Services Catalog or create inventory products directly.
Importing products from Products and Services
Go to Modules > Inventory Management > Stock Catalog > All Inventory.
Click Import. You can choose to import products from your existing Products and Services Catalog or upload products using CSV.
Creating a new product
Alternatively, click + Create to create a new inventory product.
2. Configure the product details and enter the minimum stock quantity you want to maintain. A reorder point helps you identify products that are running low and may need replenishment.
3. When creating an inventory product, choose whether it should be tracked as
Serialized: Each physical unit is tracked individually using its serial number. Use serialized tracking for equipment such as Laptops, Desktops, Firewalls, Network devices, and Other uniquely identifiable hardware.
Not Serialized: Products are tracked by quantity rather than by individual physical unit. Use non-serialized tracking for items such as Cables, Adapters, Keyboards, Peripherals, and Consumables, etc.
4. Now, start adding the stock available across your warehouses
5. Under Suppliers, click + Add Supplier to associate vendor details, item costs, and supplier part numbers with the product.
Managing Suppliers
The Suppliers directory stores the vendor information used when purchasing inventory. You can maintain supplier contact details, addresses, lead times, payment terms, linked products, active purchase orders, and purchasing history from one place.
To create a new supplier, go to Modules >Inventory Management > Suppliers.
Click + Supplier.
3. Enter the supplier details and hit Save. You can edit or delete an existing supplier at any time from this list.
