If the client has unique requirements, it makes more sense to build the contract from scratch.
Go to Modules > Clients > Selecting a specific client > Contracts tab. You’ll see a blank contract with different categories to fill in.
Enter the contract’s name and description, its duration of validity, and any overall discounts you want to provide.
Start adding items to the contract under the respective categories from your service catalog.
Click save once you’re done to create the new client contract. Your contract with items filled in should look a bit like this:
5. Clients will start getting billed for the items based on the invoice schedule you’ve configured. You can set up the invoice schedule and create line item templates in the invoices tab under invoice settings.
