Easily organize your operations by creating and managing sites and departments in SuperOps. Here's how to get started!

Creating Sites in SuperOps:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Company > Site

  2. Click on the +Create button on the top right corner of the page.

3. Fill in the required fields as shown below and hit save. Your site is now successfully created.

📝Note: By default, a Headquarters site will be added to your sites, allowing you to create new tickets or install the agent.

Creating Departments in SuperOps:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Company > Departments

  2. Click on the +Create button on the top right corner of the page.

3. Give a name to the department and choose a department head from the drop-down list.

4. Once you are done, hit save. Your department is now successfully created.
