Here’s where you’ll find help and information specific to monitoring routers using SuperOps.ai’s network monitoring module. Let’s dive in:

  1. Navigate to Modules > Assets

2. In asset views, you’ll find the Router view. Click on it, and you’ll see the list view of all discovered routers.

3. Select the router you'd like to monitor. On the Summary page, you’ll see metrics and status updates like CPU usage, memory usage, and more that deliver insights on the router’s condition and health.

4. On the details page, you'll be able to see data for the default monitors provided for routers.

These default monitors include:

  • CPU

  • Memory

  • Fan

  • Temperature

  • Power Supply

  • VPN

  • OSPF

  • BGP Router

  • Custom Monitor

For each category, the enabled monitors in your settings will be visible on this page.

5. Under the Network tab, you’ll find an overview of the different types of network interfaces available for that router. For example, Ethernet.

6. Under the Policy tab, you’ll find all the router policies available. You can also create new policies by clicking on the +Policy button.

7. You’ll find the list of tickets associated with this router in the Tickets tab.

8. Under the Alerts tab, you’ll find all the alerts generated for this router. You can resolve individual alerts or bulk resolve or delete multiple alerts too.
