Customize the Order of Ticket Conversations

Customize the order of ticket conversations in SuperOps by choosing between chronological or reverse chronological view for better ticket thread management.

You can now choose the order of ticket conversations, either in chronological (oldest first) or reverse chronological (latest first) order.

To do that,

  1. Navigate to Settings > Profile Information

  2. Scroll down to the Conversation Preferences section.

  3. Choose your preferred configuration for organizing your ticket conversations.

4. Once you’re done, hit Save.

5. The changes will be immediately applied to your ticket conversation page as shown below.
