Getting Started with Delivery Map in SuperOps

Updated over 4 months ago

The Delivery Management Module ensures efficient service delivery by defining how services are provided within the client’s organization. It specifies service levels and guarantees consistency and efficiency.

To access the Delivery Map in SuperOps:

  1. Navigate to Modules > Clients.

  2. Select a client.

  3. Under the Contracts module, you’ll find the Delivery Map section on the left side of the page.

4. The Delivery Map enables service delivery at different levels:

  • Client Level

  • Site Level

  • Requester Level

  • Asset Level

5. Additionally, you can create groups within each level, such as requester groups and asset groups, to further customize your service offerings.

6. You can add services under Client, All Sites, and All Requesters by clicking on the ‘Add Service’ button.

📝Note:

  • Only items categorized as "Service of type quantity" or "Product" can be added to the Delivery Map.

  • Retainers, packages, and hourly items are excluded as their costs are based on usage.

7. You can add services or create groups within the Delivery Map by clicking the + icon. Groups can be organized as:

  • Child Branches: These inherit services from their parent branch.

  • Parallel Branches: These operate independently without inheriting parent services.

How the Delivery Map works:

  • When a parent group is created with specific conditions, any child groups added below will automatically inherit those parent conditions.

  • Similarly, if additional groups are added beneath the child groups, they will inherit conditions from both the parent group and the respective child group.

  • The quantity of services assigned to these groups will match the quantity defined for the groups themselves.

8. For Assets, you need to first create an asset group before adding services. To do that, click on the + icon as shown below.

9. Give a name for the child category and start adding the conditions and service items.

10. Once you are done, hit Save.

11. To remove a service item from a group, click the ‘x’ icon next to the item.

📝Note: If a delivery group is tied to an active contract, it cannot be deleted until it is removed from the contract.
