Adding Requesters/Technicians in SuperOps
Updated over a month ago

You can add, remove, and manage Requesters/Technicians in SuperOps from the Settings Page. To access this page, navigate to Settings > My Company > Users.

You can import requesters and technicians through a CSV file, add them manually, or use Azure integration.

Importing Users through a CSV file:

  1. Click on the “Import” button at the top of the page.

2. On the import page, you can either upload data from a file or manually enter data.

3. The import process consists of four steps:

  • Upload: Pretty straightforward. Upload a file containing information about your users. These are the file formats we support: .csv, .tsv, .xls, .xlsx, and .xml.

  • Set Header: Columns from this file will be matched with corresponding columns in SuperOps using this heading.

  • Match Columns: Match columns between the file you’ve uploaded and the corresponding columns in SuperOps so that the correct data falls under each field.

  • Match Values: Match values between the file you've uploaded and the corresponding values in SuperOps so that the correct data falls under each field.

  • Review: Check the data for any mismatched columns or discrepancies.

4. Click Finish once you’re done, and the data you imported will be created as new users in SuperOps.

Adding users manually:

  1. Click on the “Create” button on the top right corner of the page.

2. Enter all the required information in the provided fields.

3. The technician access configuration defines which information the user can view and the actions they’re allowed to perform.

Importing users through AzureAD:

  1. Click on the “Azure” button at the top of the page.

2. On this page, you can generate a unique URL and an authentication token for your Organization. You can use this URL to import information about your users from Azure.

3. Next, log in to Azure > Enterprise Applications > +New application > Create your own application.

4. In the new application, open the provisions section, select provisioning mode as automatic, enter the tenant URL and authentication token created in SuperOps, and click save.
